Mission & Vision
“Redemption Church is gospel centered and outward focused. We desire to not just believe the Bible but also to live it out. It’s a simple statement with profound implications.”
More on…
Gospel Centered
Everything is sacred.
That’s a simple phrase—but it’s also profound. It’s a phrase that drives us at Redemption Church. Abraham Kuyper once said that “in the total expanse of human life there is not a single square inch of which the Christ, who alone is sovereign, does not declare, ‘That is mine!’”
If you really believe that’s true, how does that change the way you view your role as a parent? As an employee or employer? As a friend and neighbor?
As a community, we at Redemption Church prayerfully seek to saturate the state of Arizona with followers of Jesus who understand that everything belongs to God, and in response to Jesus’ redemptive work in their life, seek to redeem all of life—their work, their family, and their play—by holding the gospel as the center of all they do.
Outward Focused
We also place high value on you being the church where you live. We believe that you don’t come to church—you are the church.
As one church, we meet in many locations. Because it’s a lot harder to be the church where you live if you go to church where you don’t. As one church we’re united in doctrine, in teaching, in core values, and in mission. But we allow for a diverse expression of those identities at our Campuses, places where we equip you to go out into your neighborhoods, your families, and your workplaces to proclaim and live out the gospel.
Our conviction is not to draw people into “the church” but to send the Church out to be with people, and to equip you for the work of ministry.
Our Vision
The vision of Redemption Church is to saturate the State of Arizona with Gospel-centered, Reformed, Missional churches through campuses and church plants. We see thousands of people worshiping Jesus and living out the Gospel all over Arizona, equipped every Sunday with the same message and living out the same values everyday.
